Obama’s 88 page Whitepaper dealing with Bank Holding Companies

This had to be done because each large bank was only a part of an even larger bank holding company. The Govt. will need to take over the whole bank holding company at the same time they take over the bank itself.

Regional and community banking is the simple solution to all future banking needs and it maybe their leadership that provides lasting change for the future. Green projects require green loans.
