natural gas will be able to act as the back up source for power generation, however shutting down old coal plants may not happen anytime soon. every form of potential carbon capture that can be researched and proven to be cost effective will be explored with the idea of reducing emissions. old energy thinking is not something I support, however I understand those who have and do currently have all the power and all the money. Those that sell out in Washington are simply part of the money crowd that backs all of the old energy cos. and their management. Nothing new really. Only when the American People get wise to this fact will anything really change and millions collect their checks from old energy company payrolls. Until green jobs becomes a real working solution for millions & millions of people, nothing really changes.
JOBS MATTER. NOW. Today in 2009, the jobs in energy are found in old energy companies. The Utility companies are some of the worst old energy cos. & managements in the old energy field. YET, They stand to get even more rich off of green alternative energy solutions that are not local or community based. To me that is wrong and yet you see green alternative energy companies sucking up to them every day.
I am saying make energy local and community based and forget giving one dime to old energy Cos. or their management. The workers will be more than happy to find new jobs with green alternative energy companies if they are there. They sure as hell aren’t going to make a change without knowing they have another job somewhere else.
STE Systems designs demand new suppliers

First the Solar Thermal Energy, STE System must be closed looped. Second, it must work effectively day or night in a smaller footprint than current designs. Third, it must be far more cost effective. Fourth, it must provide green jobs both onsite and off. Fifth, generators must allow additional power from Biogas as well as natural gas. Sixth, There must be a CHP aspect to the system for onsite heat demands which are extensive. This CHP system must also be closed looped.
Suppliers that can meet these needs are welcome to prove their cost & design advantages. CHP footprint is as important as the solar power space and must be factored into all future green geospatial designs. Our CHP designs must provide the number one thermal platform for optimal high heat utilization throughout the advanced integrated energy infrastructure. This intergrated energy infrastructure design is shared with CHP working partners.

We have sustainable footprint designs that reduce the cost and use of valued land with regard to STE, Solar Thermal Energy Systems. Those designs are shared with STE system working partners.

This is an Energy Team that understands the energy demands for both home and highway from a regional level. This regional scope is vital for all future research with regard to integration and potential development areas. This is 1st rate green regional education research that must be matched nationwide, region by region for those seeking fast tracking to a green energy future.
