Helps to see the big picture when dealing with design. Notice how the waste to algae aspect was utilized. If you are not using waste in your algae model, start over. If you don’t start over your design will be all wrong.

Why does design matter?

Operations. If the design is wrong, operations will be a nightmare. Always reverse engineer everything around operations & think in green chemistry, organic permaculture paths. How easy is the system to operate daily? How is your waste stream managed? Always start with waste & waste water because that is the beginning and end of your bio-cycle path. If the polymer is a bio based polymer with the latest advancements, then you are on the right path.

Ideally, You will want the bag to have the ability to compost over time.

Green Chemistry is the sustainable future as raw materials become organic products and feedstocks are renewable.

Green Chemistry means sustainable Chemistry. The sustainable path is one of little or no toxicity for humans and the environment. It must also be one of profitable business with proven organic products.

As the YIELD is regarded as excellent & proven, the organic path provides the basis for a greener, sustainable understanding.

This green awareness takes time for most with an old energy and chemistry mindset to consider much less visualize, directly related to their primary need for profit, first and foremost.

It will not be enough to see Advanced Alt.Fuels without green chemistry. This misguided lack of close looped integration, is simply short sighted.

As the Shift to a Profitable sustainable future begins to take hold, the logic of little or no toxicity will matter not just for customers but also workers. As Operations safety has always been a major part of Company policy, the sustainable, green, organic path will win out in large part due to worker safety demands, over time. Operations safety must be a primary objective with any new organic product development.

So much so, we are forming our new Water Bio-Remediation Division with fertigation as the primary services application.

Flow Back, & produced water, might be bio-re-mediated, recycled, & used as it is cleaned for select feedstock fertigation demands.

It was never a question of, IF YOU CAN PRODUCE, MW’s of Power. The question is can you make a profit doing it.
This same thought can be expressed with Bio Fuels. It’s not if you can produce. It’s can you produce for a profit over time?
The current numbers given to many bio-fuel companies are based on current and project product and the associated REVS.
Our observation about those numbers. REV in Alternative Energy MEANS NOTHING.

What does matters is this. CAN YOU MAKE A PROFIT OVER TIME? If so, we are interested. Otherwise the Production and REV. Means Nothing to US, Unless…

You Are talking ADVANCED Fuels, PILOT SCALE, then we are open to the science.
