TES, Thermal Energy Storage is the sustainable design demand that will enhance the integrated power potential of the sun.
The current utilization goal of 18 hours is possible as integration allows hybrid thermal applications. The real commercial application process problems come down to the same old question of dollars and cents. The trick will be to keep costs down while advancing new methods that have not been proven. Costs are coming down and advancements in tech have been seen.
Private efforts are ongoing with this much needed clean solutions application. We regard STE as vital to the total success of every integrated total working clean solutions system. Advances are being made however slowly. All Research technology details are held as private. This effort demands more research and time.
